However, the practice generally is geared toward providing legal services for established clients. While most businesses can benefit from dedicated legal counsel, only the largest can dedicate resources to employ full time in-house counsel. While not a one stop shop for all legal needs, this firm is focused on providing corporate counsel services and business litigation services and support. This business model helps businesses obtain continuing representation on a reasonable basis.
